General conditions of sale of NE ITALIAN ITALIAN TECH SAS BY PAOLO COCCODA & C.

These General Conditions of Sale of NEWITALIAN TECH SAS DI PAOLO COCCODA & C. (hereinafter, the “Conditions of Sale NEW ITALIAN TECH”), together with the documents referred to therein, contain information relating to NEW ITALIAN TECH., its products and the conditions of sale of the same, in accordance with the provisions of articles 45 ss. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 and its subsequent amendments (hereinafter, the “Consumer Code”) and other applicable laws. These Conditions of Sale NEW ITALIAN TECH apply to contracts concluded between customers NEW ITALIAN TECH SAS DI PAOLO COCCODA & C., concerning the sale of NEW ITALIAN TECH products (hereinafter, the “Products”) through the web site drydamp.it (hereinafter, the “Site”).

The customer will be asked to confirm acceptance of these Conditions of Sale in NEW ITALIAN TECH before placing an order to purchase the Products. Failure to accept these Conditions of Sale NE W ITALIAN TECH will not allow the customer to order Products from the Site. The customer is advised to print a copy of these Conditions of Sale, or to save them on a fixed support, for future reference.

NE W ITALIAN TECH reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale. It is therefore advisable to carefully read these Conditions of Sale on the Site whenever the customer intends to proceed with the purchase of Products from the Site. Any change to the Conditions of Sale will not apply to purchases already concluded or nearing conclusion.

These Terms of Sale in NEW ITALIAN TECH are written in Italian.


1. Information related to NEW ITALIAN TECH.

2. Product Information

  1. Product information is available on the Website.
  2. NEW ITALIAN TECH has also made every effort to provide precise information about the measurements, capacities and dimensions of the Products on the Site.
  3. NEW ITALIAN TECH reserves the right to modify the technical characteristics of the Products without notice, in compliance with the laws in force.
  4. All Products listed on the Site are subject to availability. NEW ITALIAN TECH reserves the right to verify the actual availability and confirm it to the customer.

3. Personal Data of customers

  1. The use of customers ‘ personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation on the processing of personal data and the privacy Policy of NEW ITALIAN TECH, available by clicking here.
  2. In order to provide you with the possibility to take advantage of payment methods to the Bank, at the time of payment we may transmit your personal data in the form of contact and order details to the bank, so that it can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and adapt those payment methods for you

4. Formation of the contract

  1. The presentation of Products on the Site constitutes an invitation to offer. The procedure for filling in and sending the purchase order of Products through the Site allows the customer to verify the correctness of the information before sending the order. Once the correctness of the information entered in the order has been verified, the customer must click on the “Pay with PayPal/Order.
  2. Once the purchase order has been sent according to the methods indicated in the previous paragraph, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order by NEW ITALIAN TECH. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not imply acceptance of the order by NEW ITALIAN TECH. The acceptance of the order will take place in the manner described in the following paragraph.
  3. If the ordered Product is available, NEW ITALIAN TECH will send the customer an e-mail, confirming the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the contract. This message will also contain a copy of these Conditions of Sale of NEW ITALIAN TECH, the indication of the Products purchased, the purchase price, the times and costs of delivery of the
  4. Products. A copy of the contract concluded will be kept in the computer archives of NEW ITALIAN TECH for the time necessary according to the laws in force.
  5. If the ordered Product is not available, NEW ITALIAN TECH will promptly notify the customer and, if the price has already been paid, will refund the full amount to the customer as soon as possible and in any case no later than 10 working days.
  6. 5. If payment is refused, the purchase order will be canceled and NEW ITALIAN TECH will give timely notice to the customer. The customer will have the opportunity to send a new purchase order and select a new means of payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

  1. If the customer is a consumer, pursuant to D. Lgs. 206 of 2005 and its subsequent amendments, has 30 days to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide any reasons. This period starts from the date on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods, or, in the event that several Products and/or accessories have been ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the availability of the last Product and/or accessories.
    The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending to NEW ITALIAN TECH by sending an e-mail to newitaliantech@pec.it or by calling the phone number+39 392 468 8040. We recommend that you keep a copy of the cancellation notice sent to NEW ITALIAN TECH to facilitate the withdrawal procedure.
  2. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery offered by NEW ITALIAN TECH). NEW ITALIAN TECH will proceed to the full refund due within 14 days from the date of return of the Products. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.

6. Delivery of Products

  1. Free standard delivery throughout Italy.
  2. Free delivery within 3-4 days for orders placed within 16 hours, from Monday to Friday, with exceptions. If NEW ITALIAN TECH is unable to meet the expected delivery date for reasons not attributable to it, NEW ITALIAN TECH will contact the customer, indicating a new delivery date. There are some postcodes, usually in remote locations, for which we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe. For this type of deliveries, we usually calculate a maximum of 7 working days.

7. Price

  1. The prices of the Products are indicated on the Site and in the e-mail message of acceptance of the order and conclusion of the contract. All prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of any tax and mandatory tax, including VAT (the rate in force at the time of shipment will be applied).
  2. In case of incorrect indication of the price on the Site, NEW ITALIAN TECH will inform the customer of the error by e-mail and the customer can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase. In case of waiver, NEW ITALIAN TECH will refund the customer the amount paid as soon as possible and in any case no later than 10 working days.
  3. Product prices include delivery costs.

8. Payment

  1. Payment by Card or PayPal Payments must be made by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) or PayPAl. No additional fees will be charged to the Customer by NEW ITALIAN TECH for the use of the aforementioned means of payment.

9. Service and warranty

Product warranty 5 years.

In case of assistance request, the Customer must contact the NEW ITALIAN TECH Support Service through the channels listed above. NE TECH ITALIAN TECH will provide all the necessary support and information regarding the request for assistance.

10. Intended use

The Products are intended for both private and public use.

11. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure or fortuitous event, NEW ITALIAN TECH will not be responsible for the delay or non-delivery of the Products and, within the limits provided for by applicable law, it will have the right to terminate, in whole or in part, the contract, or to suspend or postpone its execution, giving timely notice to the customer at the e-mail address provided by the customer.

12. Communications with the customer

In cases where NEW ITALIAN TECH needs to communicate with the customer in writing, in accordance with the provisions of the contract, it will do so by e-mail to the address provided by the customer.
